Warranty issue needed to contact microsoft
Good controller but keep in mind most of it were out of warranty. So I had to contact microsoft to extend the warranty from date of purchase

Good controller i bought for my laptop its best for windows connectivity and everything no lag nothing just connect and its work smoothly if you want steam less experience then go for it

The most important thing about this purchase is that it’s a Genuine product. As soon as I received the product, I registered it with Xbox support. Though I didn’t know earlier that Microsoft only offer 3 months warranty on Xbox Controllers. Earlier I purchased same product from Flipkart but it’s warranty was already over, that’s why I returned the product and decided to purchase it from Amazon. Though I was skeptical at first, whether I will receive a genuine product or not. But after successfully registering it with Xbox support I got convinced. However the only downside is, I didn’t get any Xbox Game Pass with this product as you will see in Unboxing videos on YouTube.

Quality > Perfect!, durability > Dead on 2nd month
Update: 3rd month, controller is working fine. Did a software update, kindly thoroughly keep checking the connectors. A few days back, the connectors went lose and i almost claimed Warrenty. But then i did checked and it worked like a charm

Hızlı kargo için teşekkürler. B850 anakartındaki bluetooth bağlantısı ile sorunsuz oynayabildim ama ters yönlere baktığınızda bağlantı kopabiliyor. Onun haricinde kulaklığımın kablosu ile pile gerek duymadan oynayabiliyorum. 2025 versiyonu yazmışlar belki öyledir ama ürün robot white. Merak edenler için söyleyeyim.

Achetées (en promotion à 42 euros l’unité) pour remplacer mes Logitech F710 veillissantes sur PC, et franchement la différence se sent tout de suite.Reconnues instantanément en Bluetooth (dongle Asus), aucun souci de connexion ni de latence. Testées aussi sur MacBook : elles fonctionnent parfaitement.Bonne prise en main, finition soignée et boutons réactifs , la qualité “Xbox” est bien là. Les gâchettes ont une bonne résistance et les sticks sont précis.Le seul point négatif est qu’elles fonctionnent avec des piles AA (ou un kit rechargeable à acheter séparément). J’utilise donc des piles rechargeables et l’autonomie est très correcte.En résumé, ce sont des manettes fiables, compatibles et super agréables à utiliser, aussi bien sur PC que sur mac.

Mapping’i sorunsuz çalışacak şekilde akıllı telefona, akıllı televizyona, pc’ye bluetooth aracılığıyla bağlanıyor. 2 adet AA pille çalışıyor. 2.nesil almıştım sanırım en son. O zamandan beri plastiğinin kalitesi artmış ve kaydırmaz alanlar eklenmiş. Bekleneni fazlasıyla verdi.
