I absolutely love world-exploring games over any other, so my review might be a bit biased in favouring this game over others. Starsand combines exploration, strategy, and stunning visuals into an engaging gaming experience. As a stargate enthusiast (I could see some parallels with starsand), I was drawn to this title, and it did not disappoint.Pros: the game’s graphics are great. The vibrant, otherworldly landscapes and celestial bodies are a testament to the attention to detail put into the game’s design. The gameplay is a unique blend of exploration, resource management, and strategy. Balancing resource gathering with some upgrades and exploration is a satisfying puzzle that keeps you engaged and invested in your journey. I do like the option of playing in a peaceful (sort of) mode without monsters/aliens because I don’t really enjoy fighting things in games or being hunted down. I think that there is promise for more game development and future development.Cons: The user interface could be a bit better and easier to navigate. The controls are responsive, but there is one part of the game (without giving too much away) where you need to jump and perform another action and it required a lot of practice before I was able to accomplish it. There were a few puzzles I had to cheat and look up because I couldn’t figure them out on my own. I wish the starsand world was bigger and more diverse. I love having the option to build camps at various parts of my journey and decorating them (so that was a nice feature although again the controls got in the way sometimes), so having a bigger world would let me do more of that.

le jeu es mal fait. je sait pas pour les versions autre que switch mais en demarrant le jeu le menu a un probleme on a de la difficulte a commencer une partie et a choisir les options car on ne voit rien bouger pour le choix. ensuite le jeu lui meme n es pas extraordinaire. il pourrait etre interessant mais le jeu semble monotone et le graphisme pas extra. c est un jeu ou on doit batir des choses et ramasser des objets et c est un jeu de survie dans un monde desertique.

Not as bad as people say but definitely not worth more then 20 bucks until they give it some update for graphics in my opinion but still I found myself enjoying the game. Would recommend on a system other then switch but still a fun addition.
