Defective/Damaged Product received and Amazon does not provide replacement
The device I have received has cracked screen and no display when the device is turned on. As per Amazon’s Warranty information to the Product page, Amazon will provide replacement or refund for a physically damaged product but when I contacted Amazon Customer Service, they informed me that only refund is possible. with no option of replacement. So basically they are blatantly lying about the warranty and the replacement offer.The price is really good but be very cautious while purchasing for this seller. Good Laptop with Heating Issue
Laptop is working well and it is expected that it will heat up and everything. But it is heating up even when it is sitting idle. Battery life is also limited like other MSI Laptop.
