An Amazing and a Balanced Laptop! Fully Recommended!
Okay, first of all, let me make some things clear. This is a detailed review, so please read it completely.Disclaimers :1. This is an authentic review, and I was not sponsored to write this review.2. This can be used as a everyday laptop and a student laptop, while on paper, it is a business laptop.3. This is NOT a gaming laptop, so do not expect extreme performance from this laptop.4. Some people were complaining of Warranty issues. For me, there were NO such WARRANTY issues, and the 1 year warranty started the day i received the laptop. No issues with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 as well.5. No issues relating to used product were found.6. Please check the seller of the product. This product was bought from Clicktech retail pvt. limited. Some sellers sell used products, or with warranty issues.I am coming from HP 15.6 inch 11th Gen i3 laptop. Compared to that, the AMD outperforms the i3 and other laptops in the same price segment in features, build quality and other factors. I am a student and I bought this as my student laptop.Price : Got this laptop for around 41-42k during the sale. This is some insane value for money laptop, and you get 16GB DDR5 and Gen4 SSD. (this laptop was bought before the rampocalypse).Performance : Amazing performance. This rocks the Ryzen 5 7535HS, 16gb DDR5. Can handle everyday tasks, moderate gaming and all moderate tasks. There is even a dedicated Microsoft Co-Pilot button as well.Display and Build quality : The display is a 16 inch display, 1920 x 1200 WUXGA display. It is surprisingly bright and the content it displays is great too. It comes with anti-reflective layer as well. As for the build quality, I am amazed how well it is. The top is made of metal, which is amazing to support the display. The hinges are of great quality, and they go 180 degrees. The body does NOT flex AT ALL during usage. No bending, no creaking. Superior build quality.Ports : Has many ports, includes 2 USB-A 3.2, 2 USB-C 40GBPS (not sure of the version), audio jack, sd card reader, 1 HDMI, 1 Ethernet, and 1 Kensington security port. The file transfer speed of USB ports is fast.Speakers, Camera and Mic quality : Microphones provide great audio experience, speakers are as good as laptop speakers go, and camera gets the job done, nothing really fancy.Keyboard : Backlit keyboard with great typing experience. 3 levels of keyboard backlight.1. It is a business grade laptop, so you get plenty of extra features likeGreat build quality, backlit keyboard, fingerprint security scanner, good typing experience, privacy camera shutter, Kensington security slot, fast SSD and fast ports, 16gbDDR5, hinge that opens 180 degrees, great colour accuracy of the display, 16 inch display as compared to other brands with only 15.6 inch, multiple performance modes to tailor to your requirements, mic mute switch on keyboard, bright display, smooth trackpad, Lenovo Vantage App which lets you configure your laptop, and MUCH More.Some points that Lenovo can fix :1. The Ryzen 5 7535HS is bit of a power hungry processor, so battery life is not very good. ALTHOUGH, for basic tasks, i was able to get 6.5 hours of battery backup and for moderate tasks and gaming, i was able to get 4 hours. It really depends on which mode you select in Lenovo Vantage app. For online meetings, moderate gaming, use the performance mode and for basic tasks like excel, use power saver mode with increased brightness.2. The trackpad is not in the centre of the laptop, which is a minor issue, but which lenovo can easily fix.3. Instead of just 1 cooling fan, i feel like it should have 2 smaller cooling fans.4. The integrated graphics are on the lower side, if you want good graphics, go for the 7735HS version.5. The charger gets really warm during charging, but this issue can easily be solved by keeping the charger on tiles or a metal surface.Recommended accessories :1. Please get the saco keyboard protector for Lenovo ThinkBook 16 G7. It keeps keyboard clean from dust and helps to keep keyboard in pristine condition.2. it is recommended that you also get a touchpad protector.Overall verdict : 4.8 stars out of 5.This can be used as a student laptop. Item received is in new condition. Will update this feedback later after a month’s use. However, initial observations follow-1. Allow for updates before start using the product.2. Ensure you activate the 90-day trial of McAfee AV solution as it protects through multiple modules.3. Do check for Lenovo warranty using the Lenovo Vantage app pre-installed. Notice the start date as it is likely to be earlier than your Invoice date. Get it fixed asap.4. You can fix this by going to the website mentioned in product images. Do note that you must not switch to India and continue with Slovakia, as the proper form to raise the ticket will be shown to raise a ticket if you do so.5. An issue you may encounter is that Lenovo Warranty team expects the Invoice or the p-slip to have the Serial Number of the device you received. In my case, both were missing this while the Printable Order Summary had it.That is why a star was docked from the product rating. Surprised by the little ways these things are made difficult for customer to sort out. Even when I do this on my time and neither Lenovo nor Amazon is bothered to get the basics right.Now about the device.Good value for money for this configuration. Got this under 44K with discount.No heating issues observed so far, BIOS update did get its fans working at full speed. However, they get noisier as dust and lint gets into them over time.Always keep the laptop on a solid surface, not beds or sofas where the vents will likely not work properly.Display is sharp and amazing, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks. Given its 16GB RAM, it should survive much heavier workloads.Storage at 512 GB for SSD may eventually feel small, but its decent if you use cloud storage.The KB is backlit and has two levels brightness setting plus an Auto. Audio is clear and crisp. The speakers are on the sides below the level.Performance: will update after using for a while.Conclusion: Go for it if it suits the budget, the specs on this are well suited to handle the Win11, MS Office apps and more that you put on it. Unless you seek intensive gaming, this should do for most tasks, including even design apps.

Don’t buy this product the display is very bad quality it has severe display bleeding issue sound and battery backup is not that good build quality is decent it is on heavier side not favourable for travelling overall product is under 40 k type I am very sad 😭 because of display if u have options to buy offline go there and buy offline even it costs more there bcz if any problem occurs then u can go to shop
