It takes several restart, and low performance in between, after its done, no issue with performance.2- Warranty date- My warranty was showing from august 2024 instead of February 2025, while contacting HP support, the issues was sorted.Highly recommended product!!!!!!!

   Laptop feels smooth like butter, when I planned to buy I had a doubt in two options asus vivobook 16x and this one i really went with slight advantage of battery life and you can get 6gb graphics card.You will get a premium feel when using laptop packing also good.You have 70000 and looking for best option in go for it gaming with personal work can be done smoothly

   Poor performance of battery
   Writing this review After 04 months of use I am facing the major problem of battery drain with in an hour to One and half hour and have to charge frequently. Even standard 7 hour of backup promise. I also call to HP expert for the same but they told me some silly excuses about performance. One more thing about the antivirus that come with product expired with in 3 month and HP team doesn’t care about. I also request to amazon seller that mention serial number of product on invoice as HP support team demand the same for warranty repair
