Crackdown 3 feels like an unfinished game from 5 years ago – fitting, considering it took about four or five years to come out. The gunplay is poorly executed, the difficulty spikes are random and unexpected, and it’s just… not… Fun. Having Terry Crews isn’t enough to keep me interested. Sorry Microsoft, it’s a no from me.
