AMAZON SCAMMED
This is the most DISGUSTING experience I’ve ever had with Amazon. I dropped a huge chunk of money on this laptop and within days it started restarting on its own. Fine, things happen — that’s why DOA exists. But Amazon turned this into a nightmare.The invoice they gave me had NO SERIAL NUMBER. When I went to the service center, they literally laughed and said they can’t even accept it without that. Imagine spending this much money and being told your laptop is basically “unserviceable” because Amazon couldn’t even bother to print a proper invoice.I called them again and again, and every time they threw the same useless line at me: “We’ll update the invoice in 48 hours.” It’s been DAYS. No update. No help. No care. Today is the LAST day of my DOA period and Amazon has done NOTHING. They wasted my entire replacement window and left me stuck with a faulty, overpriced laptop.Amazon, you FAILED. You don’t care about your customers, you don’t care about support, and you certainly don’t care about people who spend their hard-earned money here. This is straight-up negligence. I feel cheated, scammed, and abandoned.To anyone reading this — DO NOT trust Amazon with expensive electronics. If something goes wrong, they will happily let the clock run out while feeding you lies and fake promises. Worst decision of my life buying this laptop from here.
