A beast delivered in the worst of the packaging
happy with it after 2 months of use.Taking away one star because of the packaging.I received the product in a really good amazon box, but when I opened it, the laptop box inside was covered in some sort of viscous thick liquid, which looked and smelled like the original dettol handwash liquid. Fortunatly, the liquid did not reach the laptop (just one corner was a bit touched), even though the box was basically falling apart (it was that soggy).Also, i bought it when it just came out, I am fine with thw price, because you gotta get things when you gotta. I knew the moment there are more products with same configuration the price would come down.The price right now (at the time of writing this comment), which is around 1.6L INR, is also a good price to get this at.

Tough (TUF) or Weak?
It had been only 10 days I bought and started using the TUF F16. One fine (sarcasm intended) day, and all of a sudden, the laptop completely died while I was working. Since then, it won’t even bootup or charge (does not show charging indicator either). Great specs on paper, but I would rate the Quality control of the product: 0/10.I’ve been using another ASUS laptop (Vivobook) for ~6 years and have had no issues, hence trusted the brand and went for this higher spec laptop. While the previous one cost INR 40K, this one worth almost 1.5Lakh could not even survive 10 days on moderate workloads. Unacceptable for such a premium/luxury product.Service: ? / 10. Now it’s with Asus Service center in Delhi and am waiting to see how they fix this issue and give a speedy resolution.PS: Will update the post with actual product feedback once I (hopefully speedily) receive it back and start actually using the product.

Beast Laptop – ASUS brand we can trust
Definitely a beast laptop.I got it from ASUS exclusive store Hyderabad.Its been a week am using this. Have added 2TB SSD for it.Now its total 3TB SSD.Using it for AI related work (not for gaming though)Boot time is pretty quick.2 to 4 hrs battery (decent for gaming laptop)Go for it guys., its best.Only thing I am not sure about is after sales support. Dell, Lenovo, hp seems to have good support.Not sure how ASUS will be.I am already using ASUS laptop for last 5 years and its working without issues., so decided to go with ASUS.HP I had issue with hinges before.Lenovo ideapad which my friend had got issue with track pad stopped working.So I had to go with dell or asus.Went to asus.Regards,Meganadha Reddy K
