Extremely Disappointed with MSI Support for a Brand New Defective LaptopI have been using MSI laptops for the past 7 years, and because of that long-term trust, I decided to upgrade to another MSI laptop. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.Right from the initial usage, the laptop had a clear display defect — severe backlight bleeding and uneven brightness. This issue is not limited to dark scenes; it is clearly visible even during normal light usage and daytime conditions, which makes regular use uncomfortable. This is clearly a manufacturing defect on a brand new product.What disappointed me the most is MSI’s response. Instead of providing a proper explanation or resolution, MSI did not give clear clarification and simply asked me to visit a service center.This makes no sense — why should a customer go to a service center for a brand new laptop that arrived defective? Service centers are meant for older or out-of-warranty products, not for new units with factory defects.As a long-time MSI user, I expected much better support. This experience has seriously reduced my confidence in MSI’s after-sales service, even though the brand itself was trusted by me for many years.I strongly advise anyone planning to buy an MSI laptop to be very careful, especially if you expect proper support for issues found immediately after purchase.

Good worthy buy
Performance is good. Battery life is not as good and probably the only drawback. But specs are surely value for the money . With a proper cooling pad, heating issues wont be that bad. Display is good but can be much better.Good overall. Worth the buy and better on longer perspective atleast 5 years with specs of 16GB RAM , 1TB SSD and 6GB NVIDIA GTX 3050.
